University Accounting & Financial Reporting (UAFR) has officially published the FY23 Closing and FY24 Opening Procedures. This document includes procedures and critical deadline dates for the closing of FY23 and the opening of FY24. We strongly encourage you to read this document to ensure you are aware of these important procedures and deadlines to help ensure a successful year-end!

Ensuring the accuracy of your financial information is critical to the integrity of the university's financial statements. Therefore, unit personnel responsible for the business and financial activity of the department must carefully review these guidelines, policies, and critical dates and ensure that this information is properly recorded in the university's financial system for inclusion in the university financial statements.
