Is your unit is responsible for submitting a Year-End Fact Sheet for self-supporting or service plan funds? If so, the following tips and resources may be helpful as you prepare for year-end:
- Register for one (or both) of UAFR’s upcoming Year-End Fact Sheet webinars:
- Review prior year Fact Sheets to get a sense of what you may need to report for this coming year-end. You can use the Year-End Fact Sheet Application to review completed submissions from previous fiscal years. This is especially helpful if you’re new to your unit or if you need a refresher on reporting expectations.
- To search for a completed Fact Sheet from a prior year, enter the applicable chart, fund code, and fiscal year (YY) and then click on the Search button. Your selected Fact Sheet will then open in a new browser tab.
- Review the applicable job aids and reference materials located under the Training and Reference Tools sidebars on the Fact Sheets webpage. Direct links are provided below for your convenience:
