As year-end approaches, UAFR would like to share several important reminders regarding labor redistributions and critical year-end deadlines. See below for details:
- The biweekly (BW) accrual pay events will follow the same structure as last year: BW13 will accrue on BW998, and BW14 will accrue on BW999. The Year-End Labor Redistributions job aid provides guidance on redistributing FY26 accrual pay events.
- The pay events for MN7 and BW14 will process sequentially from Tuesday, 7/7/26 through Thursday, 7/9/26.
- Any labor redistributions not completed and approved to disposition 60 by Monday, 7/6/26 at 5:00 PM will not appear in Banner or on the period 12 statements until after period 12 has closed.
- Please ensure that all labor redistributions are processed promptly and that all job distribution records are accurate before the accrual payrolls post. This will ensure accurate financial reporting for our audited financial statements.
