In Chrome River, selecting the correct expense tile helps ensure Expense Report accuracy and reduces returned reports.
The Event and Site Admission Fee tile, located under Account Allocation, should be used for entrance fees to state parks, national parks, museums, or any event where you purchased a ticket solely for admission. Keep in mind, these expenses should not be purchased with a TCard.
The Conference / Seminar tile, located under Professional Development, should be used when a conference or seminar is attended. These types of expenses may be paid out of pocket or with a TCard.
Please note, Chrome River will assign an expense tile based on vendor information, but this can be and should be changed to match the actual expense.
