Since July 2021, the University of Illinois System has participated in the E & I Cooperative Services agreement with Enterprise Holdings, Inc. (now Enterprise Mobility) to provide rental vehicles from National and Enterprise for university business travel.
Recently, reports have been received stating employees were advised by National car rental representatives that our contract has expired and our codes are invalid. These reports were escalated within Enterprise, and we’ve been assured that our current agreement and codes are still valid and active.
The customized reservation link with our embedded discount codes is located under Related Links on the Car Rentals and Passenger Vehicles page of the Business & Finance website. This link also provides a program summary of our agreement and contracted rates.
If an employee does not receive our contracted rates when booking through the customized reservation link or is being advised by a National or Enterprise representative that our current codes have expired or are invalid, please reach out to the UPAY Travel Management Office at tmo@uillinois.edu.
Emerald Club members – As a precaution, please remove any contract ID codes from your Emerald Club profile.
