The iBuy e-procurement system upgrade was completed on Sunday, November 14 (iBuy Release 21.3). There are a few enhancements that will affect end users in this release. They are described below:
- Approval Search Screen
- If you have an Approver level role in iBuy, you will now see an updated Approval search page:
- tabs across the top of the page provide an easier way to access documents that are pending approval in the various approval queues you are assigned to across the different functional areas of iBuy,
- menu displays as a pop-up window at bottom of screen,
- Quick View and Approve/Complete appear as icons at the end of each row.
- PO Change Request Form
- Discussion Thread functionality has been added to the PO Change Request Form.
