Does your unit reconcile and manage any C-FOPs containing the 100021 state fund code? If so, keep the following in mind:
- There are only a few days remaining until the end of the lapse period. If you need to make any final corrections or adjustments to your C-FOPs which utilize the 100021 state fund, you will need to have those completed by the end of the lapse period, which is August 31, 2021.
- It is very important to complete a detailed reconciliation of the transactions posting to your 100021 state C-FOPs before the end of the lapse period. This will help ensure that any erroneous transactions are identified and reclassified in Banner before the end of the lapse period, which is when the 100021 state fund will be officially terminated in Banner.
- The 100021 state fund code can only be used to pay for goods or services which were contracted for or received on or before June 30, 2021.
- Once the lapse period closes, no further corrections or adjustments are allowed to be made to the 100021 state fund.
