The Business & Finance Policy Offices announces a three week open comment period, from March 9 – March 30, 2026 for evaluation updates to 7 Purchasing and 8 Payments and Reimbursements.

 Highlights 

• The introduction of 8.4.8 Digital Disbursement Management Console for Human Subject Payments
• The division of 7.6 The University Purchasing Card (PCard) into smaller topic specific policies and removal from 7 Purchasing to 8 Payments and Reimbursements
• Revising policies to new policy format
• Updating policy content for accuracy, consistency, and grammar
