RK Dixon has been a partner of the university for many years, providing service for copiers and printer devices. In the past, someone from RK Dixon would physically go to departments to read the copier or printer device meter to determine usage and service charges. RX Dixon now has a more modern approach available (XDA software), which will improve accuracy, timely/streamlined billing, and the ability to provide reports on usage for each department. The university IT/risk assessment group has approved the usage of XDA by granting access through host names or IPs on our campus networks. There is no cost to use XDA.
Departments are encouraged to start installing the XDA software as soon as possible, as the feeder for invoice payments to RK Dixon will be phased out on June 30, 2025. How to install:
- Please reach out to our RK Dixon representative, Taylor.Adams@xerox.com, to initiate the XDA software installation process.
- RK Dixon’s XDA group can send out a link for installation along with these instructions on how to install to each department based on our list of machines and where they are located. For questions or issues regarding the installation, please reach out to monica.olesco@xerox.com.
- Alternatively, the department can book an appointment directly for a remote session with the XDA team to help install the software at XBS.Midwest.360App@xerox.com or by calling 630-771-8279.
