On September 1, 2023, the UPAY Training Team announced that a new required field had been added to many of the expense tiles in Chrome River for Traveler Name. This is a mandatory field required by the State of Illinois.
You may have noticed that not all employees can be found on this list. Only employees who have a login to Chrome River will be on this list. If you charged expenses on your TCard for an employee that does not appear on this list, please select “Traveler Not Found” and list their name and UIN in the description field for the expense.
