The University of Illinois System is excited to announce a partnership with Chrome River in a Beta Test Program of Chat Support. Chat Support could be a future enhancement within the Chrome River system. This will be determined by feedback and improvement suggestions from users during the test period. User feedback will help Chrome River make design modifications and/or improvements within the chat product.
The Chat Support test period will be for all Chrome River users from November 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
At the conclusion of the test period both the U of I System and Chrome River will evaluate the effectiveness of the product and either party may decide that the test did not warrant continuation of the service.
We encourage you to take advantage of Chat Support during this test period and have your appropriate Chrome River system questions answered by a live Chrome River agent. The agents will be able to assist you with Chrome River related questions regarding the creation of expense reports or invoice reports from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm CST. Agents will not be able to answer any questions related to university policy and procedures.
