    • Renewals of $1,000,000 or more for commodities, general services and/or professional and artistic services including sole sources require Board of Trustees aproval. Requisitions need to be submitted to Purchasing in adequate time to obtain the necessary BOT approvals by January 17, 2025. Last FY25 BOT mtg. Date is May 22,2025

    Updated FY27 Fringe Benefit Rates take effect for pay periods BW15 and MN8. 

    The FY 27 Final Facilities & Administrative (F&A) Rates and Provisional Fringe Benefit Rates document provides detailed rate application guidelines for F&A and fringe benefits.

    Fringe Benefit Rates

    The fringe benefit rates are updated annually. Unlike facilities and administrative cost rates, changes in fringe benefit rates are assessed immediately when they become effective, even if the budgeted rates are different. Fringe benefit rate changes for FY27 are effective July 1, 2026.
