Do you have any self-supporting funds or health service plan funds (such as Nursing Service Plan, Dental Service Plan, or Occupational Health Service Plan funds) within your unit? If so, did you know that a Fact Sheet must be submitted for each one of these funds, even if the fund didn’t have any activity during the year?
Per the FY20 Year-End Closing Letter, the deadline to submit your FY20 Fact Sheets is today (Wednesday, July 22) by 5:00 p.m.
