Did you know that the FY21 Year-End Closing Procedures has a list of various deadlines to help keep you on track during the year-end closing process? See below for a few highlights of upcoming deadlines that will be helpful to keep in mind:
- The deadline to complete and submit Fact Sheets for your self-supporting funds (and certain practice plan funds) is today, Wednesday, July 21 by 5:00 p.m. For guidance on how to complete your Fact Sheets, refer to the Fact Sheet Training Resources section of UAFR’s Year-End Fact Sheets webpage, which includes various job aids and reference tools.
- The deadline to report any equipment that was received on or before June 30 (but which has not yet been paid for) is today, Wednesday, July 21 by 5:00 p.m. This information needs reported to University Property Accounting and Reporting, if applicable.
- The deadline to report any completed software development projects to UAFR Property Accounting is today, Wednesday, July 21 by 5:00 p.m. This information needs reported to University Property Accounting and Reporting, if applicable.
