Starting on April 18, 2023, University Payables (UPAY) will host a monthly discussion group to discuss UPAY operations, protocol, policies, training, and procedures. Topics will include, but are not limited to:
- what to do when encountering roadblocks,
- best practices when assisting customers, and
- tips for process improvement.
Meetings for the remainder of this fiscal year will be announced via Business and Finance News and through the Business Management Group (BMG). Please register here to join the first meeting on April 18, and submit your suggestion for future topics.
