    University Payables Card Services has renamed the Inappropriate Card Use webpage. The updated page is now Cardholder Guidelines.

    The information on this page includes current information about inappropriate card use along with a list of approved Vendors/Platforms that have received IPHEC awards and no longer require an approved PCard exception before making a purchase. 

    In addition, the Travel Card (TCard) vs. Purchasing Card (PCard) Quick Reference that was on the OBFS website is now posted on the Cardholder Guidelines page under Related Links.
