University Payables Card Services wants to remind all PCard and TCard Cardholders to safeguard their card information. This includes not sharing your card with anyone and not providing card information via email.
When contacting University Payables about your TCard or PCard, please only provide:
- Cardholder’s name and UIN
- Type of card (PCard or TCard)
Do NOT provide the following card information by email:
- 16-Digit Card Number
- Expiration Date
- CVC (Card Verification Code)
- Your PIN
Sharing this information via email will result in immediate card cancellation and a $35 charge if the replacement card must be shipped overnight.
