As we begin the FY27 renewal cycle, we are sharing an important reminder regarding the first renewal deadline.
The first deadline is January 17, 2026 for renewal requisitions over $1,000,000 and software renewals.
Submitting high-value and software renewals early supports timely review, minimizes processing delays, and reduces the risk of service or contract interruptions. Please work closely with your department’s business office to ensure that required documentation, quotes, and funding approvals are secured well before the deadline.
If you have all required documentation ready, you may submit your renewal requisitions any time before the deadline.
