    • Renewals of $1,000,000 or more for commodities, general services and/or professional and artistic services including sole sources require Board of Trustees aproval. Requisitions need to be submitted to Purchasing in adequate time to obtain the necessary BOT approvals by January 17, 2025. Last FY25 BOT mtg. Date is May 22,2025

    The Business & Finance Policy Office announces an update to policy 8.6.2 Request Payment for Honoraria. The policy now states that honoraria payments totaling $1,799 or less do not require the payee to have an established Banner vendor number IF the honoraria request is processed through the Rellevate Payment Platform.

    Updated information is also available for policy 8.1.1 Business Meals, Food Supplies, and Alcohol. The policy now allows use of the TCard for purchasing food supplies.
