Is your unit required to submit a Year-End Fact Sheet for your self-supporting or service plan funds? If so, see below for some helpful tips:
- Register for UAFR’s annual Year-End Fact Sheet webinar, which will be held on Thursday, June 22 (1:15 PM – 3:15 PM). This webinar will provide an overview of the annual Fact Sheet process, along with helpful tips on how to properly complete your Fact Sheet.
- To register, visit the Webinar and Video-Based Training webpage and select the Year-End Fact Sheet option. This will log you into the Learning Management System, where you will then be able to register for this upcoming webinar by clicking the Register button at the bottom of the page.
- Review your fund’s completed Fact Sheets from the prior fiscal year to get a sense of what you may need to report for this coming year-end. The Year-End Fact Sheet Application allows you to search for completed Fact Sheets from prior fiscal years, which could be helpful if you are new to your unit or if you simply want a refresher on what the final Fact Sheet from a prior fiscal year looked like.
- To search for a completed Fact Sheet, enter the applicable chart, fund code, and fiscal year (using a YYYY format). Then, click on the Search button, and the application will pop-out your applicable Fact Sheet in a new web tab.
