    The University of Illinois System recently participated in a partnership with Chrome River to conduct a Beta Test Program of Chat Support. The Beta Test Program Chat Support test period ended for all Chrome River users effective December 31, 2023.

    Thank you to all Chrome River users who participated in the testing of this Chat Support program.  At this time, the University of Illinois System will not be continuing this service.
