Units should be aware that 50% of the 2023 BW15 pay event has not yet been posted to Banner in FY23. BW15 should post in Banner on July 13, 2023. Note that future year labor encumbrances created from multi-year encumbering will not be liquidated for the FY23 close (involving Grant and Contract funds and Federal Appropriations).Units should be aware of this situation when examining departmental budget balances available (BBAs) during the FY23 closing process.Labor Redistributions During JulyAs a reminder, all FY23 labor redistributions must be approved (the labor redistribution should be at disposition 60) in Banner by 5 p.m. on Thursday, July 13, 2023, to appear on the June Period 12 statements.
