Is your unit required to submit a Year-End Fact Sheet for your self-supporting or service plan funds? If so, see below for some helpful tips:
- Register for our Year-End Fact Sheet webinar, which will be held on Wednesday, June 22 from 1:15 PM – 3:15 PM. This webinar will provide an overview of the Year-End Fact Sheet process along with helpful tips on how to properly complete your Fact Sheet. This is the only Fact Sheet webinar that we are offering this year, so be sure to sign up while you still can!
- To register, visit the Webinar and Video-Based Training webpage and select the Year-End Fact Sheet option. This will log you into the Learning Management System, where you will then be able to register for this upcoming webinar.
- Take a look at your fund’s completed Fact Sheet from the prior fiscal year to get a sense of what you may need to report for this coming year-end. The Year-End Fact Sheet Application allows you to search for completed Fact Sheets from prior fiscal years, which could be helpful if you are new to your unit or if you simply want a refresher on what the final Fact Sheet from a prior fiscal year looked like.
- To search for a completed Fact Sheet from a prior fiscal year, simply log in to the Year-End Fact Sheet Application and enter the applicable chart, fund, and fiscal year (using a YYYY format) that you are searching for. Then, click on the Search button, and the application will produce a copy of the applicable Fact Sheet which you are searching for.
