  • UIUC: IPHEC Furniture

    This announcement applies to the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign only. 

    The Purchasing and Contract Management Office wanted to provide an update on the renewal status for the Furniture award - IPHEC1905. IPHEC has successfully completed negotiations, and the renewal will soon be posted in the Bulletin. Below are key updates regarding vendor participation:

    1. Iceberg Enterprises has decided not to renew its contract, which will expire on June 30, 2025.
    2. Jasper has declined renewal after requesting significant changes to pricing terms, which could not be accommodated. Their contract will officially end on May 27, 2025. A reminder to those currently using or planning to use Jasper: please finalize any orders before the contract expires on May 27, 2025.
    3. National Office has also opted not to renew, with their contract ending on June 30, 2025. The National Office brand is now available through Kimball International.
