Greetings,
Starting Monday, February 12, 2024, the University of Illinois System will move to a new version of the Web Time Entry application. On Monday, the old version will no longer be available. The switch will occur mid-period, and the BW 5 pay period (2/4/2024 to 2/17/24) will not open for time entry in Web Time Entry or Department Time Entry until February 12th.
NOTE: Please be aware that upon your first login to myUIconnect, you will be presented with 3 one-time welcome screens, which you will be required to click through before your cards are displayed.
To familiarize yourself with the new version, please check out the links below for recorded presentations for the following user groups:
After reviewing the recorded presentation for your user group, we would greatly appreciate it if you could take a moment to complete a short survey. Your feedback is valuable to us!
As part of this upgrade, we will be enhancing security by requiring 2-factor authentication (2FA) when accessing Banner Self-Service. Starting February 11, 2024, users will receive a DUO prompt when logging into Banner Self-Service, as you do now for Banner Administrative Pages, Microsoft 365, and Box. You can find more information on 2FA and DUO here:
