This message provides an update to the communication issued in March regarding FY26 F&A rates.
There has been some confusion about which rates apply for FY26. The Final F&A rates outlined in the Negotiation Agreement issued on February 12, 2026, supersede those in the previous provisional agreement dated June 26, 2025.
Accordingly, the FY26 rates effective as of February 12, 2026, are as follows:
