Effective July 1, 2021, the University of Illinois System transitioned from the Big 10 Academic Alliance agreement with Enterprise Holdings, owner of Enterprise and National Car Rental, to the E and I Cooperative Services agreement with Enterprise Holdings. The Systems discount codes with Enterprise Holdings have been updated.
In addition, a University net ID and password are now required to access the OBFS Car Rental page and customized reservation link. The system's new discount codes will populate in our customized microsite found under Helpful Links.
Interested in an enhanced rental experience? As a University System employee, you are eligible to enroll in Emerald Club which provides speed, choice and control when renting with Enterprise or National. Click here to enroll and be automatically linked to our new discount code.
Already an Emerald Club member? Click here to connect your Emerald Club profile to our new corporate discount code. Select "Enroll in the Club", then find and select the "Sign In" option under the Personal Information section. Once you Sign In, you will be asked to confirm that you would like to update your profile with our new company account.
REMINDER - Damage waiver and third-party liability coverage continues to be included for business rentals and business rentals that include leisure travel. This coverage is no longer included when a rental is made solely for leisure travel.

- All vehicle classes include unlimited free miles per day and per week.
- Coupons available on customized microsite for upgrades and weekly rentals.
Please Note, the most significant change is to the leisure only rental rates. Under the E and I agreement with EH employees will receive a 5% discount off the published rate for Enterprise rentals or a 10% discount off the published rate for National rentals.
