If not, see below for some helpful tips regarding this feature:To export data from a particular Banner page, follow the steps below: Select the Tools menu from the upper right-hand corner of the screen Next, select the Export option. If the Banner page does not utilize this feature, then you’ll receive an error message in the upper right-hand corner of the page stating Function Export Disabled. However, if that particular Banner page does utilize this Export feature, you should see a new .csv file generated in the lower left-hand corner of your screen. If a .csv file does appear, then click on that file to see your exported data within the new .csv file. If you would like to obtain full Excel functionality when working with this data, you will want to save the .csv file into an Excel file (.xlsx). Once your file has been saved as an .xlsx file, you should be ready to go! While this Export feature unfortunately does not work with every Banner page, it does work on many of the common Banner Finance pages that you may find yourself using. See below for some common examples of Banner pages that allow the use of this Export feature: FGIBDST – Organization Budget StatusFGITRND – Detail Transaction ActivityFGITBAL – General Ledger Trial BalanceFGIGLAC – General Ledger ActivityFOIDOCH – Document HistoryFGIDOCR – Document Retrieval Inquiry –While the Export feature on this Banner page does work, it takes longer to run than on other pages. However, if you wait, your data will eventually be exported.ContactIf you have any questions related to this topic, feel free to reach out to UAFR at either (217) 333-4568 or email@example.com.
