Is your unit required to submit a Year-End Fact Sheet for your self-supporting or service plan funds? If so, see below for some helpful tips:
- Register for one (or both!) of UAFR’s Year-End Fact Sheet webinars. See below:
- Review your fund’s completed Fact Sheets from the prior fiscal year to get a sense of what you may need to report for this coming year-end. The Year-End Fact Sheet Application allows you to search for completed Fact Sheets from prior fiscal years, which could be helpful if you are new to your unit or if you simply want a refresher on what the final Fact Sheet from a prior fiscal year looked like.
- To search for a completed Fact Sheet, enter the applicable chart, fund code, and fiscal year (YY). Then, click on the Search button, and the application will produce your applicable Fact Sheet in a new web tab.
- Review the applicable job aids and reference tools found under the Training and Reference Tools sidebars on the right-hand side of the Fact Sheets webpage. See the direct links below for your convenience:
