    11. SA-1142 As an USC I need ARM to create a NonPerson account in EDDIE so that access can be provisioned appropriately in both the EDW and EDDIE systems.
    12. SA-1430 As an administrator, I need ARM to display a read-only NonPeople LDAP profile for application, system, test, and training accounts, so that I can quickly verify that it is enabled for enterprise authentication methods during troubleshooting and support.
