The TED Data warehouse nightly refresh process is still running this morning and the reports located in TED on the UI Reporting and Business Manager tabs will be unavailable until 12pm today (10/4/21).   If you have already ran reports this morning, please rerun them again after 12:00 (Noon), as the data you received may be incomplete. Users who run the CAP process on Monday mornings will also be impacted by this issue.

UPDATE 10/21/25 - Amazon Web Services (AWS) has reported that they have restored all services. Donor Services has reviewed the impacted platforms and all processes are believed to be fully restored. Please reach out to Donor Services (donorservices@uif.uillinois.edu) if you are still experiencing any issues. 

A widespread Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage is currently affecting multiple online services across the internet, including several of our vendor platforms.

GiveCampus has reported intermittent performance issues related to the AWS outage. Most platform capabilities remain intermittently operational, including online giving and GC GO workflows, but some data transfer tools (such as imports, file transfers, and APIs) may experience temporary delays or degraded performance. Venmo has been temporarily removed as a giving option.

Both Cvent and Smartsheet are experiencing slow performance and intermittent outages related to the AWS disruption. Our teams are monitoring vendor updates and will restore full functionality as soon as possible.

Our email delivery vendor, SocketLabs, which supports Email+ communications, is also affected by the AWS outage. As a result, Email+ is currently not allowing the sending of emails until the issue is resolved.  

All Marketing Effort Communication Files have also been affected. 

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we monitor these issues and work closely with each vendor. Updates will be posted here as new information becomes available.

The display issue with PDF documents in OnBase links and the web client has been fixed. If you experience any issues following this update, please contact AIMS for assistance. 

Microsoft has fixed the issue with their Azure service from yesterday and all UIF web sites and services are fully functional, including the following:

• UIF web site news feed (https://uif.uillinois.edu/news)
• MyGiving (https://mygiving.uif.uillinois.edu)

6/11/2025 Update: GiveCampus indicates that all services were restored to normal operation around 6pm ET 6/10/25.

Our online giving platform, GiveCampus, is currently experiencing disruptions due to a global outage affecting Heroku, one of their upstream infrastructure providers. These intermittent issues may impact donors' ability to complete online donations through GiveCampus. We’ll continue to monitor the situation and share updates as we receive them. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

The system errors users were receiving when running the Revenue Report Suite and Revenue Report Suite YTD in TED have been resolved.  The reports are now available.

The Revenue Report Suite and Revenue Report Suite YTD in TED are temporarily unavailable. We are working on an update that will help resolve the system error that has been reported. We will post an update note once the reports are available for use.

The University of Illinois Foundation will perform maintenance and Blackbaud Service Pack upgrades on the Tracking and Engagement Database (TED) and BBIS/Online Giving this Saturday March 28th beginning at 6:00 AM and should be completed around 11:00 AM. The Spring Graduate Degree Data was pulled from the University Banner System and has been loaded into TED.   Please contact AIMS if you have any questions.

The 2024 Fall Graduate data load will start the week of February 1st, 2025, and will complete by February 10th.
The 2025 Spring Student load will start the week of February 15th and will be completed by the 25th.
