This week, UIC Student Trustee Danielle Leibowitz led a delegation of UIC students to Washington. The delegation included Undergraduate Student Government (USG) President Abhi Reddy, USG Appropriations Chair Brandon Gaskew, and USG Secretary Priya Uppuluri. While in DC, they met with Members of Congress and Congressional staff about issues important to their fellow students, including federal student aid, STEM education, and immigration reform.
