OBFS wants your feedback!
The OBFS Guiding Coalition is pleased to announce the OBFS Sounding Board, available here, on the OBFS Transparency Commitment website, at https://www.obfs.uillinois.edu/transparency-commitment/. The purpose of this Sounding Board is to allow you, our campus customers, a place to provide feedback on the transparency efforts of OBFS. You have the option to provide your email address if you'd like a response from a member of OBFS, you'll also be able to select which OBFS department(s) you'd like to receive your message.
A team has been assembled to monitor and triage messages received on the Sounding Board. Any message that arrives via the Sounding Board will be read within one business day and, if you provide your email address, someone will respond to you within three business days. In the three days between receipt of your message and the response to you, your message will be read and sent to the appropriate OBFS Office for response to you or shared with the larger Transparency Commitment Guiding Coalition team at its weekly meeting. While we cannot promise resolution within three working days, you will be given acknowledgement of the message from a member of OBFS who will keep you informed on progress made or actions being taken based on your message.
