SAVE ACCOUNT CODES YOU USE TO FAVORITES!
Avoid the need to spend time looking up account codes by using Account Code Search Favorites!
The new Account Code Search website will let you search for account codes and tag them as a favorite. Once setup, you can just log into the Account Code Search website any time to view your personal favorites. Also, if one of your favorites is deleted from Banner, you will be notified!
It is easy to do setup your favorites list.
1. Just visit the Account Code Search website
2. Log in with your Enterprise ID and password (Same ones you use for Banner)
3. Search for the account codes you use
4. Scroll down to see the results
5. Click on an account code you want to add to your favorites. This will open a new window for you to view its details.
6. Add it to your favorites by clicking on the "Add to My Fvorite Account Codes" link.
7. You will see the icon changes from a star to a trash can. If you decide you do not want to have it in your personal favorites list, just click on the trash can to remove it.
8. Repeat the search and add process with the rest of your account codes.
9. When you want to view or download your list of favorite account codes, just visit the Account Code Search website and click on the "My Favorite Account Codes" tab. You can even download your list as an MS Excel spreadsheet!
