Are you a P-Card Cardholder, Reconciler, Approver, Department Card Manager (DCM) or Delegate?
If you are, then you must complete the Web-based P-Card Training and pass the certification quiz in order to retain active use of a Purchasing Card (P-Card) and/or maintain a role in the P-Card program.
The Web-based P-Card Training/certification quiz must be completed between the dates of November 1, 2015, and February 29, 2016, to satisfy the certification requirement!
Replacement P-Cards are issued automatically to active Cardholders before the end of this period regardless of the completion of this requirement.
However, if the P-Card Training/certification quiz are not completed by the February 29th deadline, the following will occur:

NOTE: Cardholders who no longer require a P-Card must contact the DCM to cancel and relinquish the card. These individuals are not required to complete the P-Card Training/quiz unless they are assigned to another role in the P-Card program.
