The State Department of Central Management Services (CMS) announced that effective July 1, 2014 the FSA program will be administered by ConnectYourCare (CYC).
If you re-enrolled or are a new participant in the program in FY2015
You will receive plan information from CYC including claim submission details. If enrolled in the Medical Care Assistance Program (MCAP) your new CYC payment card was mailed to your home address. You should register at www.connectyourcare.com to view your account and track your claims throughout the year. If you re-enrolled and have an account balance remaining as of July 1, 2014, see below to submit runout claims to WageWorks.
Beginning July 1, 2014, if you have exhausted your WageWorks account balance, submit your FY2015 claims to CYC for claims incurred July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015.
If you participated in the program in FY2014 but did not re-enroll in FY2015
You recently received a transition letter from CMS explaining the transition from WageWorks to CYC. Carefully review the “ClaimTimelines” section of this letter for submission dates and deadlines.
It is important to note WageWorks will continue to administer any FY2014 claims through the runout period which ends September 30, 2014. Your WageWorks healthcare card will no longer work after June 30, 2014; therefore, expenses incurred from July 1 through September 15, 2014, must be submitted to WageWorks for reimbursement by faxing a paper claim form to WageWorks at 1-855-291-0625. All reimbursement requests must be received by WageWorks no later than September 30, 2014 to be reimbursed from your FY2014 account.
