FY2010 MCAP Participants:
- September 15 is the end of the Grace Period for FY2010 MCAP accounts. MCAP participants may submit claims for expenses incurred during the Grace Period in order to utilize funds remaining in FY2010 MCAP accounts. Paper claims and FSA card transactions will be processed in the order in which they are received by FBMC. Any funds remaining in the prior plan year's account (July 1, 2009 - June 30, 2010), will be used first until exhausted. Subsequent claims will be debited from the new plan year account balance.
- September 30 is the end of the Run-out Period for FY2010 MCAP accounts. All MCAP and DCAP expenses incurred anytime during the FY2010 plan year, as well as MCAP expenses incurred during the Grace Period, must be submitted by the end of the Run-out Period.
FY2011 MCAP Participants:
- Beginning with the FY2011 plan year, all MCAP participants were issued the myFBMC Card Visa card at no charge. Participants who are using the card should be reminded that certain transactions require follow-up documentation in order to substantiate claims. Outstanding transactions that require documentation appear in blue on the monthly statement. These same claims will be in red if viewed on www.myfbmc.com. Any claim which is not substantiated within two monthly statement cycles will result in having the myFBMC Card suspended from further use until the documentation is provided or a non-card claim is auto-substituted.
