This fall semester, three projects were launched to address five of the ARR-HR subcommittee recommendations. The steering team overseeing these projects consists of: Maureen Parks, Executive Director and Associate Vice President for Human Resources, Chair; Robert Crouch, Interim Assistant Vice President for Human Resources, UIC; Elyne Cole, Associate Provost for Human Resources, UIUC; Bob Lael, Director, Human Resources UIS; Jami Painter, Assistant Vice President for Human Resources; Eric Smith, Assistant Vice President for EEO and HR ; Katie Ross, Director, Human Resources Administration; and Avijit Ghosh, Special Assistant to the President, Ex Officio.
