The FY2012 Benefit Choice period began on May 1 and ends June 17. The Urbana campus UPB Benefits Services office is sponsoring information sessions to assist employees with making their Benefit Choice changes. All sessions will include time for a Q & A. Employees can register for these classes at the OBFS training website: http://training.obfs.uillinois.edu/index.cfm?campus=5 .
PersonalCare OAP and HealthLink OAP will be sending representatives to the Benefit Choice information sessions scheduled for June. To date, two sessions are scheduled at the Beckman Auditorium, one at the NCSA Auditorium, two at the Library, and one at Noyes Lab. More sessions will be added as needed.
These sessions are approved events for Civil Service. Civil service employees may attend these sessions without charging a benefit, with prior supervisory approval and operations permitting.
