Seasonal flu shots are available at no charge to faculty, staff, and retirees who are state health plan participants.

State health plan participants may go to most pharmacies, as well as local hospital and clinic flu shot events, and receive a free flu shot with your state-sponsored health plan insurance card. Call or ask first to ensure your insurance is accepted at these locations.
Employees who have opted out of health insurance coverage through the state are NOT eligible for the free seasonal flu shots through this program. Additionally, the following individuals are NOT eligible for the free seasonal flu shots through this program: dependents, spouses or partners, contractual workers, volunteers, consultants, extra help, academic hourly, visiting scholars, and part-time employees who are not enrolled in a state-sponsored health plan.
