We want you to be aware that due to COVID-19, you may see an infection control fee for personal protective equipment (PPE) used when visiting your dentist.
If you visit an in-network dentist, there should not be an infection control fee charged to you or Delta Dental. If you see this fee on your dental statement, you should contact Delta Dental at 800-323-1743 or TDD/TTY 800-526-0844 for assistance.
If you visit an out-of-network dentist, you are responsible for any infection control fee that your provider may charge. Delta Dental will not cover this expense.
