University Payroll and Benefits (UPB) is now live with their new phone system. If you are calling the UPB Chicago office from the UIC campus using a VOIP phone (voice-over-internet), which represents most UIC phones, you may dial 6-7200 to contact UPB. Otherwise, you will need to dial the complete ten-digit number, 312-996-7200, when calling the UPB Chicago office.
