Per IRS regulations, the 2016 403(b) retirement plan contribution limits are as follows:
- Basic Elective Contribution Limit - $18,000
- Age 50+ Catch-up Contribution - $6,000
- 15 Years of Service Catch-up Contribution - $3,000
