If you received a postcard or email from HMS stating that no further action is required, you have completed the audit process. You can verify this by viewing your information at www.AuditOS.com or by contacting HMS at 855-596-3354.
What if I submitted my documentation, but did not receive a postcard or email from HMS?
Check your audit information at www.AuditOS.com, or contact HMS at 855-596-3354 today! HMS will keep their phone lines open to provide assistance through mid-November.
