Did you make changes during Benefit Choice? If yes, you should review your updated State of Illinois Group Insurance coverage on the CMS website. To view your Benefit Statement, go to http://www.go.uillinois.edu/BenefitStatement.
If you did not make changes during Benefit Choice, then no action is necessary.
It’s a good idea to review your Benefit Statement at least annually to confirm:
- Your life insurance, health insurance, and other coverage are correct.
- Any changes you requested to your address or biographical information are correct.
Contact University Payroll and Benefits (UPB) if any information on your Benefit Statement is incorrect. There is a limited time to make corrections, if needed.
