On December 22, 2014 OBFS announced:
Effective January 1, 2015, employees with an active pay card account will no longer have funds placed on the pay card. Due to changes in legislation (House Bill 5622) enacted by the state of Illinois, the current PaychekPLUS pay card program used by the University will be discontinued.
